Leave it or put it right?
A few metres of new sealant compare well with replacing ceilings, linings or damaged stock. Leaks travel along the structure, often turning up far from the joint. From enquiry to sign-off
The first thing on site is a walk round with your contact, agreeing which joints are in scope, where to start and what must stay open. Then we strip out anything that has failed, prepare every joint and seal it. Most London premises stay occupied while we’re on site, so zones and timings are agreed with whoever manages the building. Phased work keeps the rest of the building in use.
